LAKOTA RIVER GUIDES has been in the guide service business for 30 years. Our passion is the rivers and the mountains of central Colorado. We have shared adventures with over 200,000 guests over the years, many returning year after year.

Our
staff of 40 guides is as diverse as the rivers
we run. Each one is exceptional on and off the water. They are the
highlight of your trip! They are friendly pros who have a love for
rivers, mountains, and for people. We are skiers, snowboarders, hikers,
climbers, kayakers, mountain bikers, runners, students, and world
travelers. College degrees run the spectrum from Business to Education,
Environmental Studies to Art and Anthropology.
We are committed to your safety first: skill, experience, on-going training, and top quality equipment reflect this concern in a tangible manner. We train our staff far above the state requirements in all aspects of river running. All are certified in 1st Aid and CPR, some are EMT's, and all are trained in Swiftwater Rescue. You are in good hands. |
